Regensburg, June 10, 2022. As the German Brand Institute has announced, Vitesco Technologies, a leading international provider of modern drive technologies and electric mobility solutions, has been granted not one but two German Brand Awards: as “Winner” in the “Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation – Brand Strategy – B2B” and a “Special Mention” for its Employer Branding campaign. Vitesco Technologies already received the German Brand Award for its brand design in 2021.
The Internal Brand Strategy of Vitesco Technologies resulted from a cooperation with the brand consulting agency ESCH. The Brand Consultants. The focus here is on the development of the brand identity, positioning and controlling of the Vitesco Technologies brand.
Since the spin-off from Continental in September 2021 and the resulting stock market listing, Vitesco Technologies has been an independent group with some 37,000 employees at around 50 locations worldwide.
Vitesco Technologies also received the “Special Mention” award for its employer branding campaign in collaboration with the Scholz & Friends agency. In a competitive job market, it is important as a young company to stand out from the competition. With the campaign slogan “Engineer Responsibly,” Vitesco Technologies has sent a clear message on what the company stands for as an employer. Employees were therefore also involved in the creation process from the outset and represent a central element of the campaign themes.
