Our colleagues participated in the eNordkapp Challenge: starting in Flensburg, Germany, they were driving up to the North Cape, Norway and back to Hamburg, Germany – a distance of 6,309km. With the ride to the official starting point of the challenge and back, and therefore after 8,000km and 118 hours on the roads, our team reached Regensburg again on Monday 16, 2023.
On December 27, 2022, the challenge team set off to the three-week test drive through Scandinavia with our two full electric test vehicles, ET.ONE and ET.TWO., equipped with the latest inverter generation EPF4 and the latest integrated electric axle drive generation EMR4. Thanks to the extreme conditions in Scandinavia, the team had the chance to measure all physical values of interest. The cars were running very well the whole time, this proves that e-mobility is more than capable to withstand rough conditions!
Furthermore, the participants faced cold, darkness, snowstorms and much more. But especially those challenges made the group grow closer together.
The team collected real driving data and unforgettable memories. On Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Polarsteps you can rewatch the journey up close.
