The lottery is organized by Vitesco Technologies GmbH („Vitesco Technologies“), Siemensstraße 12, 93055 Regensburg.
Vitesco Technologies, Siemensstraße 12, 93055 Regensburg, is responsible for the implementation and execution of the lottery.
When participating in the lottery, you agree to the terms and conditions of participation and agree to have read and understood the data protection notice (Chapter 6). In case you do not agree to the conditions of participation and/or the data protection notice, you cannot participate in the lottery in any way.
The lottery takes place between Thursday, October 5, 2023 until Sunday, October 8, 2023 (11:59 p.m. CEST) on three global Vitesco Technologies social media channels:
You can participate in the lottery by leaving a comment below the post saying why you should win a free ticket for the herCAREER and follow the Vitesco Technologies channel at the time the lottery takes place. Every person can only participate once, i.e. post only one comment.
It’s allowed to edit or delete one’s own comment or post a new comment in its place. Decisive is the status at the end of the lottery.
To comment below the lottery-post, you must be logged in to your Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn account.
From all followers participating, in accordance to the conditions of participation, Vitesco Technologies will draw three (3) winners by random principle.

Within twenty-four (24) hours after the lottery, Vitesco Technologies will draw three (3) winners who successfully participated in the lottery based on these conditions of participation by random principle.
The winners will each receive one-day visitor ticket.
The prize entitlement is not transferable, not is a cash payment or exchange of the prize possible.

The Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn name of each winner can be used by Vitesco Technologies on the Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages of Vitesco Technologies without a time limit for any content or content moderation. Third parties may share, like or comment on the post.
Each of the three (3) winners will be notified about winning via the Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn page within twenty-four (24) hours. The winner will be asked to reply to the notification within the following forty-eight (48) hours starting from the moment the notification has been sent.

In case there are any doubts concerning the person being the actual winner, Vitesco Technologies reserves the right to exclude the participating party from the lottery, if the participants do not fulfil the conditions of participation.
If there is any doubt as to the age of majority of the winners, Vitesco Technologies reserves the right to request proof of age (participants must be over 18).
In case contacted winners do not reply within the deadline, in case the right to participate is missing or in case the identity of the winner or its age of majority cannot be cleared up without any doubt, the claim for the prize expires and Vitesco Technologies can draw a new winner from the pool of remaining participants. The winners are responsible for providing truthful and correct information and address details.
Vitesco Technologies sends the prize to the E-mail addresses which are provided by the winners. After sending the tickets, Vitesco Technologies is free of any kind of obligation. Rules and regulations regarding the exclusion of liability (Chapter 7) are unaffected.
Vitesco Technologies is not liable for any delayed delivery of the prize to the winners
Each person can participate only once in the lottery, i.e. participate with only one comment. If there are multiple comments published by the same person, only the first one is being considered.
Everyone with unlimited legal capacity who has reached the age of 18 at the time of participation is eligible to participate.
Employees of Vitesco Technologies and corporate subsidiaries as well as any person participating in the development or execution of the lottery are excluded from the lottery. The same applies to their civil partners as well as other members of the household.
One can only participate with an active Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn account.
The participation is exclusively allowed via one’s own account. Any lottery groups are excluded.
Relevant is the timely participation as registered by Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn, i.e. the date and time the comment has last been modified. Vitesco Technologies is not liable for any late or incomplete comments and cannot be held accountable for technical issues, for example failure of the telephone network, internet network, electronics, or the mobile device. Participating in the lottery is free of charge, except the costs for posting the comment which are charged by the network provider as selected by the participants. The lottery is not related or dependent from the purchase of any kinds of goods or services or the subscription to any newsletter.
Vitesco Technologies is authorized to exclude individual participants if there are legitimate reasons for this, for example a violation of the conditions of participation, (attempted) manipulation or (attempted) multiple participation. Vitesco Technologies is authorized to exclude participants on their own account, if the participant is posting a comment containing illegal or inappropriate content or if the participant posts a comment which violates the terms of usage of Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn, or the Netiquette of Vitesco Technologies or if there is reasonable suspicion for it.
If the conditions for exclusion are fulfilled, winnings may also be subsequently withdrawn or reclaimed. The right to take legal action is reserved. Exclusion for justified reasons does not give rise to any claims by participants against Vitesco Technologies and the agency.

Mandatory provision of personal data
If you would like to participate in the lottery, it is necessary that you provide us with your personal data for this purpose. If you do not agree with providing any personal data to us, the participation in the lottery is not possible.
Within the scope of the lottery and the redemption of the prize, Vitesco Technologies shall be liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health that are based on an intentional or negligent breach of duty on the part of Vitesco Technologies, its legal representatives or its vicarious agents.
Furthermore, Vitesco Technologies is liable for any other damage caused by deliberate or negligent breach of duty caused by Vitesco Technologies, its legal representatives or vicarious agents, as well in case of deliberate or negligent violation of essential contractual obligations. The liability is, in case of simple carelessness, limited to the contractually typical, foreseeable damage.
Apart from that, any contractual or non-contractual liability of Vitesco Technologies is excluded.
The lottery is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding any German conflict of law. Vitesco Technologies reserves the right to cancel the lottery due to important reasons. The lottery can always be cancelled, if a proper and lawful execution cannot be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons. In case the lottery is cancelled, no claims can be made against Vitesco Technologies or the supporting third parties. There is no right of appeal.
The lottery is in no way related, sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are not responsible for any content published within the lottery.
Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn do not receive any kind of information provided by the participants, only Vitesco Technologies. Each participant fully indemnifies Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn against all third party claims in connection with this lottery.
